Vampires fully vaccinated against COVID-19 after attacking people leaving vaccination sites

Vampires are now fully immune to COVID-19 after sucking the blood out of enough recently vaccinated people.

Herd immunity has been achieved amongst the vampire community thanks to a carefully thought out plan.

‘We hang around vaccination sites at night, socially distanced of course. Then we pick off people as they leave. We get a nice snack and a shot of the vaccine all at the same time,’ said vampire Natasha Ichor, age unknown.

While vampires traditionally bite their victims on their neck, they have switched to biting them on the left arm so that they suck out as much of the vaccine as possible.

The plan appears to have worked as vampires are now completely immune to COVID-19, meaning they are free to go about their business without having to wear masks or social distance.

‘It’s only fair that we should do this. COVID-19 started because one of you ate one of us in bat-form. This is simply payback,’ said Natasha.
