Salad tasked with undoing week’s worth of poor dietary choices

A single serving of salad has been tasked with undoing an entire week’s worth of poor dietary choices, it’s emerged.

Irving Fuller, 32, has seen the week get away from him from a dietary perspective. There’s been beer, pizza and burgers aplenty over the last seven days.

And now a single, sad-looking salad has been given the unenviable task of undoing all of that badness.

‘I’ve put on a few pounds this week,’ Irving admitted. ‘This salad should reverse the trend.’

With its mix of vegetation, the salad is certainly a healthy option – to begin with. However, after a couple of disappointingly bland bites, Irving adds dressing, croutons and bacon bits.

‘It’s still healthy. It’s a salad,’ he confirmed.
