Dr Martens struck off after constantly prescribing ‘a new pair of boots’

Dr Martens has been struck off after an investigation found that he exclusively prescribed his patients ‘a new pair of boots’ no matter what problem they came to him with.

The NHS launched an investigation into Dr Martens after receiving several complaints from his patients.

‘They were very nice boots but I’d gone in with a problem in the arse area, so they didn’t help me at all,’ said Harris Weeks, who wished to remain anonymous.

Not only did the prescriptions fail to help most patients, but they cost the NHS millions of pounds over several years.

The investigation also found that Dr Martens was directly profiting from prescribing boots as his family have been in the boots business for several generations.

Dr Martens will no longer be allowed to work as GP in Britain and might have to leave the country if he wishes to continue his medical career.

He will be sadly missed by his patients who are punks or goths.
