“Journalist’s head fell off BEFORE interview,” claim new Newcastle United owners

The Saudi Arabian-financed consortium that purchased Newcastle United is claiming that a journalist’s head fell off BEFORE he was due to interview them.

The body of the Newcastle Chronicle journalist Jimmy Moran was found in Chopwell Wood. His head was found roughly 100 metres away from his body.

Mr Moran was set to interview two of the Saudi financiers behind the £305 million deal but never arrived for the interview, according to the Saudis.

“His head must have fallen off before the interview. It’s a great shame. We had translators arranged for the interview; one to translate Arabic into English and another to translate English into Geordie,” one of the Saudis told us.

Some claim they saw Jimmy enter St James’ Park for the interview but no one appeared to see him leave.

“I swear I saw him go in,” said on Newcastle fan. “I didn’t see him leave though. All I saw after he went in was a janitor leave with a couple of really full bin bags.”
